Write in Faith

Every writer knows. They've been waiting all year for this time to arrive. Why? Because NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) is the highlight of their writerly hobbies and careers. Every November, they join a worldwide community of writers to reach their goals (typically 50k words or a whole novel) within the span of one month.

However, more and more writers are dropping out of NaNoWriMo or not joining to begin with because of what the organization supports. I'm one of those who refuses to join. (Because of their values - or rather, lack of - as well as the fact that I can't handle that kind of pressure.)

So for all of those Christian writers out there (yes, you. I see you) who are looking for a Christian NaNoWriMo alternative that provides them with a Christ-oriented community and less pressure, allow me to introduce you to Write in Faith Camp. Created this year by Andrea R. Cox, this Christian writing camp is tailored to those who are fed up with NaNo or want to try something new. They offer an optional Hangouts/Google Chat group, as well as a Slack workspace for quick and easy chatting, sharing, and encouraging!

Any and all Christian writers are welcome to join! (If you're younger than eighteen, all you need is a parent's permission!) I hope you will! So many amazing writers are going to be a part of this, and we'd love to have you as well!

With love and blessings always,

Grace
